Taure’are’a (Junior) and Pa‘ari/Pupu ori (Adults/Groups). Candidates range from age 5 yrs to

adult with a keen interest and appreciation of the Tahitian culture.  Tarena Tahiti is an annual

event showcasing tahitian music and dance.  Featuring a parade of creative and beautiful

Tahitian costumes.  Soloists dance to the beat of the house drummers for Ori Tahiti.  Awards

are given for the Best Costume and Solo Performance to be featured in the Tarena Tahiti

    Calendar.
